Support the establishment of a functioning Monitoring and Evaluation system

The targeted assignment for La Réunion focuses on enhancing its Smart Specialisation Strategy called "S5- Smart specialization strategy for social and sustainable development". Launched in 2022, this strategy aims to optimize financial resources and improve economic resilience by emphasizing sustainable development and social impact through effective monitoring and evaluation. This assignment is designed to refine the S3 monitoring and evaluation framework by identifying opportunities for improvement, such as refining key performance indicators and simplifying methodologies. The objective is to develop a practical and operational system that supports the region's innovation ecosystem. The resulting framework will act as a guide for future evaluations and foster international collaboration.
